Public Records Requests

Pursuant to the Florida Public Records Law, the Charlotte County Clerk of Court will permit inspection of its non-exempt public records. A copy can be provided upon payment of the appropriate fee. You may submit a Public Records Request to request public records from the Charlotte County Clerk of Court. Your request will be addressed promptly. The law also requires a five day written notice of filing a lawsuit against the Charlotte County Clerk of Court relating to a public records request.

Text messaging opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This includes juror phone numbers, opt in confirmations, and any related messaging program information.
